About the project
An actress remains stuck in Bucharest due to travel restrictions and clings to online conversations with her friends like a lifeline. Dislocated. Home Away (Dislocat. Home Away) explores the fragile balance between curiosity and obsession, loneliness and dependence on social media.
An experiment about isolation, friendship and mental health, created especially for viewing in vertical format on a phone.
Selected for Romanian Days at TIFF 2022.
